Elton John was born Reginald Kenneth Dwight to Sheila Eileen and Stanley Dwight in Pinner, London.
1950 (during)
Reginald began playing the family piano.
1952 (autumn)
Reginald began his education at Pinner Wood Junior School.

Reginald Dwight transferred to Reddiford School, Pinner, Middlesex.
