Wonder Woman Movies In Order Of Release

Created by American psychologist and writer William Moulton Marston and artist Harry G. Peter for DC Comics, Wonder Woman first made an appearance in All Star Comics #8 in 1941.

Since her comic book debut, the Amazonian demigoddess has appeared in video games, television shows, and movies. Cathy Lee Crosby and Linda Carter took on the role of the female warrior in the 1970s for the live-action Wonder Woman TV series and in 2016, Gal Gadot made her first appearance as the lasso-wielding superhero.

Gadot’s last appearance as Wonder Woman was in 2023’s The Flash, where she appeared briefly near the beginning of the movie. We expect the character to return to the big screen again but whether or not Gadot reprises her role will depend on James Gunn who is now in charge of the DC Cinematic Universe.
